Gaining referrals through misrepresentation, improper use of ST Training Solutions Pte Ltd intellectual property (ie. ST Training Solutions Pte Ltd trademarks and copyrighted material) or impersonation of ST Training Solutions Pte Ltd personnel is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of accrued payments and/or removal from the programme.

We pay by the 15th of each month for referrals, up until the 1st of the current month where the client account has been open for a minimum of 30 days. For example, if you refer someone on 1 March, you will be paid by 15 April.

New accounts must use a different payment method from the referrer to qualify for affiliate credit for the referrer. Customers also cannot refer themselves or their spouse/civil union partner. No exceptions will be made.

If a referral cancels and has their payment refunded, any affiliate payments you earned from that payment will also be cancelled.

There is a 30 day hold period on payouts on new referrals.
